As a Voice Process Executive, you’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing top-notch service over the phone, by mail, or through chat. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues they may have.

As a Voice Process Executive, you’ll have several key responsibilities:
