Job Description of Customer Support
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.
- Acting as the focal point for the Company’s CSR initiatives in the geography and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders.
- Staying abreast of relevant research, and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices.
- Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Driving budget & monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives.
- Managing corporate communications across internal channels/platforms.
- Developing messaging and content for corporate communications.
- Keeping staff updated and engaged on corporate developments and strategies through various internal communication channels/platforms.
Requirements For this Job Role
- A basic Graduation in any stream of your choice.
- You have at least 1 year of experience ideally in CSR within the IT industry.
- Experience in Internal Communications would be a strong advantage.
- You have good knowledge of Other.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- Fluent in Italian and English in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region
