Job Description of a CEC Officer

  1. To respond to incoming calls from customers in retail liabilities and to satisfactorily handle their questions and demands.
  2. To recognize and take advantage of cross-selling possibilities (banking products) during client calls.
  3. You will be accountable for providing outstanding customer service and communication within established productivity and service criteria.
  4. Assure “delight” for the customer and a constant level of service, including prompt response to customer questions or concerns.
  5. Finish the logs the process has requested (day’s end goal).
  6. Compliance with standards for quality control and information security.
  7. You need to be informed of and abide by any process updates.
  8. Utilize the team’s coaching or the team leader’s/coach’s/quality’s comments as a roadmap for performance improvement.

Requirements For this Job Role

Required qualifications for the position include:

  1. A candidate applying here must be a Graduate.
  2. Preferably 1-2 years with 6 months which should be in a customer service role – Understanding of the call center industry an advantage.
  3. Freshers can also apply · Excellent communication skills – Verbal & Written · Flexible to work 24/7 (For Females: 7 AM till 8 PM) including Sundays/holidays · Flexible to get scattered 8 Weeks Offs in a month with 9hours shifts.
