Role And Responsibility For This Job
- The person filling the position will be a solo contributor.
- Utilising telephone and/or video chats, cultivate and manage fruitful, business-related relationships with clients.
- Make sure customers are utilising IndiaMART and benefiting from it.
- Verify the accuracy of the items and services in the client’s online catalogue.
- Resolution of customer issues quickly.
- Help the field sales team meet revenue and customer retention goals through methodical follow-up and deadline-driven closures.
- 10–12 relevant phone or video calls with clients every day.
