About The Job

As an Operations Support Analyst on the Customer Second Level Review team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a consistent and superior customer experience.

Requirements For This Job

  • Reviewing, documenting, and resolving customer complaints and servicing issues.
  • Properly coding complaints and servicing issues to meet regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Identifying and escalating trends and defects with potential legal, regulatory, or servicing risks.
  • Providing coaching and feedback to Team Leaders and Customer Care Professionals.
  • Understanding consumer protection, banking regulations, and applicable laws to appropriately escalate complaints and trends to business partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with Complaints Management Policy and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining accuracy in deliverables and overseeing daily work with adherence to business requirements and process controls.
  • Handling multiple priorities with attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Analyzing complex customer issues and eliminating defects via Process Excellence.
  • Building strong relationships and resolving conflicts in a matrix environment.
