Adobe Recruitment 2023: As a Sales Trainer at Adobe, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the capabilities of our sales teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of trainees’ performance during training and nesting periods.
- Monitoring calls, emails, and transactions to meet predefined targets.
- Achieving training key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput targets, M1s, nesting targets, and team meeting performance within the initial 0 to 30 days.
- Conducting refresher sessions and delivering updates to ensure continuous improvement.
- Demonstrating expertise in documentation and email etiquette.
- Collaborating with internal teams to calibrate audits.
- Monitoring team performance and providing insightful trend analysis on areas of concern.
- Taking on additional responsibilities and projects to enhance process efficiency and seller onboarding.
- Conducting root cause analysis on identified defects.
- Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders for updates, needs identification, and feedback.
- Staying up-to-date with business knowledge through required trainings and incorporation of industry best practices.
- Proactively identifying gaps in training quality and delivery and implementing improvements.
- Applying working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possessing basic knowledge of instructional design (an added advantage).
